I help teams and organizations deliver better outcomes. I untangle the knots that prevent them from achieving their full potential.
I am a lifelong learner, always curious to hear others’ ideas, practices, and experiences, and eager to engage in stimulating discussions. I am a critical thinker who avoids relying on a single approach. I prefer to lead by example rather than simply manage.
I know from experience that every organization and team operates differently. A one-size-fits-all solution rarely leads to good results. That’s why I introduce new concepts and principles, discussing and applying them together with my clients. I use an agile “inspect-and-adapt” approach to test and gradually refine the changes we implement.
My background is in software development and software architecture. For over 20 years, I have worked with national and multinational organizations, in both large and small teams. In 2006, I was introduced to agile values and principles, and since then I have applied these values daily as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
Although I am a pragmatist, I also understand the concepts and theory that underpin my work. I earned a degree in Information Technology (Dipl.-Ing. Technische Informatik, M.Sc.) and hold MBA from Durham University Business School.
I am the organiser of the Learning by Playing Meetup in Hamburg, as well as #play14 Hamburg und #play14 Berlin.
